Guide on Using Web3Auth in Sacra: Falling of Myrd

What is Web3Auth? It is a technology that creates a wallet for the user using their email when they enter the game.

  1. Login via Email: Click on the "Email Login" button to securely authenticate yourself using your mail credentials.

  2. Create a Password: After registration, you will be prompted to create a password. This password is not stored by us but is an essential part of the web3Auth solution. Make sure to save the password in a secure location. A password is not required, but it simplifies your gaming experience. After setting the password, you will have access to quick signing, the option to copy your private key, and the ability to change your password.

  3. Copy and Secure your Private Key: To ensure the safety of your funds, you need to copy your private key. This key is crucial for accessing your wallet and should be stored in a secure place. Never share it with anyone, as losing it would result in permanent loss of access to your funds.

  4. Verify Wallet Access: Open your preferred Ethereum wallet, such as Metamask, and use the copied private key to access your wallet. Ensure that the wallet address displayed matches the one shown on Sacra's account page. This confirms that you have successfully gained access to your wallet.
